- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business needs; manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes; ensure compliance with labour laws across our operating countries; support staff development and organisational culture.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; 5+ years of HR management experience; experience working in East Africa; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
